Job includes:
• introduction and supervision of Students
• supervision of volunteer house and kitchen
• take care of the herd (medical care, feeding etc.)
• help with lessons

What we expect:
• positive work attitude, be involved in all areas
• ability to have an overview and to lead a group
• excellent social skills & very well organized
• solid horse experience and riding skills
• interest in Natural Horsemanship and/or classical art of riding
• English and best basic Spanish
• 6 days week+ 2 days extra off per month
• min. stay 1 year
for shorter stays we offer not paid positions - where you cover your food and accomodation costs
